EMLinQ provides a variety of electronic manufacturing services.

Prototype Builds
EMLinQ provides quick turn prototype build, including small quantity runs. Our standard turnaround time is 10 days from receipt of material (whether consigned or turnkey) with the possibility of also supporting deliveries in less than 5 days. We use Virtual prototyping software tools to provide comprehensive manufacturability and testability analysis to ensure our customer's products are ready for mass production in the shortest amount of time. Our services assist in achieving both design for manufacturability (DFM) and cost optimization.

System Assembly
EMLinQ provides complete turnkey PCB assembly, complete functional tests, burn-in and final packaging for our customers. Product can be drop shipped to any location as per customer requirement. EMLinQ ensures that at every step of the process, quality assurance and controls are in place.

Reverse Logistics
EMLinQ reverse logistic solutions include the following:

• Information: data collection capabilities
• Packaging: repackaging, kitting, labeling/printing, palletization etc.
• Recycling: parts retrieval, material recycling, CPU destruction etc.
• Refurbishing: inspection, repair, security, tracking etc.
• Returns: RMA issuance, sorting, warranty, inspection etc.
• Transportation: expedited and air shipments, import/export shipments, Advanced shipment notification, shipment management etc.
• Warehousing: fulfillment, effective inventory rotation, reports, storage etc.

We recognize the increasing importance of reverse logistics for electronic companies as the need to maximize the value of returned merchandise becomes increasingly important. We provide a high level of visibility for our customers with as much information or data as possible, so as to allow them to make decisions for themselves.

Overseas Manufacturing
At a certain stage, when the product is mature and going into mass production, the cost benefits of taking production overseas clearly exists. EMLinQ provides its customers access and program management to its overseas partners, providing a seamless transition for them as the products start to be manufacturing overseas. Our current overseas partners are located in China and India.
